Sun☉Rah provides the following Services through the Site:

• Free astrology pattern discovery via chart calculator including house placements and aspect analysis
• Astronumeric calculations including Life Path, Purpose, Realization, and Annual Profection Year
• Relocation astrology and Astro*Carto*Graphy mapping
• Educational blog content bridging the physical with astrology and numerology
• Personalized pattern unlock reports and consultation available for purchase
• Pattern engine as-a-service for entrepreneurs and enterprises available for purchase

Our free calculator tools operate entirely within your browser(client-side): the birth data you enter for a free chart is not transmitted to or stored on our servers during the calculation, apart from the city-name lookup used to find coordinates. Paid features differ. Creating an account, purchasing a membership, or ordering a report requires us (and our service providers) to collect and store limited information — such as your email, billing details handled by our payment processor, the birth details you submit for a report, and, if you are a member and choose to save it, your own birth profile used to generate your recurring member features. 4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Sun☉Rah and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this Site. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access content from the Site for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms.

You must not:

• Republish material from this Site without attribution
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from this Site for commercial purposes
• Redistribute content from the Site unless content is specifically made for redistribution

5. User Responsibilities

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, our free astrology and numerology calculators run client-side in your browser, and we do not store the birth data you enter for those free tools. When you create an account, purchase a membership, or order a report, we and our service providers collect and store limited information needed to deliver those services — including your email, payment information processed by Stripe, the birth details you submit for a report, and any birth profile you choose to save as a member to power your recurring readings.

7. Purchases, Memberships & Refunds

Certain Services are available for purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to Stripe’s terms in addition to these terms. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Memberships are offered as a recurring subscription that automatically renews each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and your membership benefits continue through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

All purchases of digital products (including personalized reports and consultations) are final. Due to the digital and personalized nature of these products, refunds are generally not available once work has begun. If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, please contact us and we will review your case on an individual basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sun☉Rah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Decisions made or actions taken based on information provided through the Services

Sun☉Rah makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any astrological or numerological calculations, interpretations, or content provided through the Services.
